Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Chef Mary Bass is leading the second line into our classroom kitchen for a NOLA Jazz brunch! Let's celebrate the flavors of the crescent city during our favorite meal of the week! You will learn to make a ridiculously tasty crab cake eggs benedict topped with creole hollandaise sauce and plated over a wilted spinach salad. Next, Chef Bass will show you how prepare a twist on a classic southern dish: savory shrimp & grits waffles! We'll wrap up the class by teaching you to make sinful buttermilk fried doughnuts smothered in bourbon praline sauce. Don't miss this Mardi Gras inspired meal!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
